**PRIMARY PURPOSE:** As a senior technical leader in the field of expertise, to aid in development, revision and implementation of technical standards that govern the way EFI conducts operations in a given service line using advanced understanding and knowledge of the EFI Global policies and industry standards to perform forensic investigations/analysis. This includes addressing issues of a regional or national scope; writing, implementing, and promoting standard practices in keeping with EFI Global cultural values and policies; and working with senior technical experts from other EFI Global service lines to develop cooperative activities beneficial to EFI Global’s success.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Performs technical fieldwork and reporting as required as prescribed by company policy and industry standards.
+ Acts as a mentor to professional staff in field of expertise overseeing the professional development of professional staff in field of expertise.
+ Provides input and makes suggestions for training initiatives of employees in field of expertise.
+ Assists in policy/procedure development and implementation.
+ Promotes EFI Global capabilities to expand business opportunities with client companies.
+ 30-50% billability expectation with a mix of field/normal office working condition.
+ May represent EFI Global in meetings and other forums with clients within government, public service, or private sector organizations.
**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Supports the organization's quality program(s).
+ Travels as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education & Licensing**
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
**Experience**
Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
**Skills & Knowledge**
+ Must have knowledge of or demonstrate experience with project management.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
+ PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
+ Analytical and interpretive skills
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Proven management/leadership skills
+ Excellent negotiating skills
+ Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
