We’re seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter who can take ownership of projects, work independently, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is ready to step into leadership responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall windows and doors with precision and efficiencyFrame walls using stick framing techniquesInstall custom millwork, cabinetry, baseboards, and casingRead and interpret blueprints to measure, cut, and assemble materials accuratelyLead projects independently while maintaining safety and quality standardsQualifications2–4 years of experience as a finish carpenterAt least 2 years of experience installing windows and doorsAbility to read and understand blueprintsProficiency with hand and power toolsPhysically able to lift up to 75 lbsLeadership experience preferred (Foreman or Lead Carpenter background a plus)BenefitsCompany vehicle provided for Foreman rolesComprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision401k retirement plan with company contributionWork with a smaller, close-knit team that values collaboration and long-term growthWhy Join Us?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
