**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** The Asbestos Supervisor will oversee and manage asbestos abatement projects, ensuring compliance with government and other regulatory agencies. This role requires comprehensive expertise in executing various types of asbestos abatement projects, from initial containment to final clearance. **Responsibilities** + Supervise asbestos abatement projects to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. + Execute containment and clearance procedures for asbestos abatement. + Perform asbestos inspections and oversee asbestos removal processes. + Ensure adherence to safety standards and manage site safety protocols. + Coordinate with team members and provide training updates for expired certifications. + Conduct industrial cleaning, remediation, and restoration tasks. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of experience as an Asbestos Foreman. + Asbestos Supervisor Certification: AHERA 40-hour for supervisor. + Construction field experience or related experience in lead abatement, restoration, or industrial cleaning. + OSHA 10/30 certification. + California Driver's License. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hazwoper 40 and Lead abatement certifications are a plus. + Great leadership skills and ability to manage a team. + Strong reading and comprehension skills. + Local travel within assigned region and occasional out-of-state travel. **Why Work Here?** Join a company committed to providing comprehensive training and development opportunities.
