Job DescriptionMonitoring import and export customs regulationsCoordinating with the Finance Department for daily import payments, preparing payment plans for materials to be cleared from customs, and ensuring coordination between relevant departments and companiesFollowing up shipments with service providers and the Bosch Central Transportation DepartmentManaging necessary procedures with the insurance company and/or carrier company for materials damaged during transportationOrganizing and monitoring import and export operations including transportation processManaging and following up BuP3 Archiving processes in line with AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) requirementsCompleting export customs procedures for outbound shipmentsApplying for and obtaining the required legal permits or document for imports (e.g., surveillance certificate, used goods permits, etc.)Managing application, follow-up, and closure processes for Inward Processing Regime CertificatesEnsuring compliance with AEO requirements and coordinating their implementation within the plantQualificationsUniversity degree preferable in Industrial Engineering or bachelor's degree in business administration, International Trade and Relations or LogisticsAt least 2 years' experience in foreign trade and shipping operations or newly graduatedFluent in EnglishProficiency in MS Office applicationsGood analytical skills and a proactive approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environment
