Brandstock supports its customers with filling, prosecution, enforcement and consultancy services in the field of trademark, design, patent, copyright and competition law.

As part of the Brandstock Trademark Searches Department, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and growing our clients’ brands. You will join a detail-oriented, meticulous team that conducts trademark searches to uncover potential conflicts, ensuring smooth and successful brand launches.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities ...

Conducting worldwide trademark searches. Independently preparing and compiling search reports, as well as summarizing foreign search reports. Entering and evaluating information on our search platform. Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery. Corresponding with clients and colleagues. Preparing and reviewing cost estimates. Reviewing and checking the results of colleagues’ reports.

Naturally curious individual with a background in linguistics or translation and a strong understanding of nuanced meaning and semantics. You embrace new challenges and are eager to explore a new industry. Our structured onboarding will help you quickly become a confident, valued member of the team. Business fluent in written and spoken French and German or English. Proficient MS Office skills, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work. Results-oriented and independent working style, with strong initiative and self-motivation. Analytical thinking, high attention to detail. Reliability, diligence and team orientation. Quick to learn new tools, processes, and information. Clear and effective communication skills.

Job Location: Germany (preferably Munich) – hybrid
