Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will

Acting as a technical expert in one or several product categories, as relevant to market, such as CurrencyActively calling clients to provide market movement updates and execute trades based on individual client profiles and needs, to increase wealth revenue while ensuring highest level of customer experience and sales qualityReviewing portfolios with RMs, and strategizing currency portfolios to target given market updatesProvide coaching/guidance to RMs using insights from market updates and client appointmentsManaging client referrals, leads pipeline and action leads to align with Channel goalsDaily review of achievements and identification of improvement areas with Senior Management to grow client base, revenue and improve customer experienceResolving any outstanding operational issues to optimize daily performanceEnsure daily sales activity management enables achieving the overall business objectives
