As a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) you will have the opportunity to serve as a key member of the US Space Force, USINDOPACOM and support the Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) and the broader SFI and USINDOPACOM missions. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of Pacific Air Force (PACAF) information sharing processes and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, U.S. laws, and classification policies. This position supports the PACAF staff located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. **Responsibilities:** • Assist the Foreign Disclosure Officer in processing and adjudicating foreign disclosure decisions, supporting both SFI and USINDOPACOM processes. Validate sources and ensure all information is properly vetted. • Enforce classification policies by ensuring all documents have correct banners and portion markings. Maintain consistency and accuracy in classification labeling. • Prepare, review, and process foreign disclosure requests. Ensure all actions are compliant with U.S. laws, Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, and PACAF-specific policies. • Conduct detailed reviews of documents, briefings, and materials to determine their releasability to foreign governments and partners. Make recommendations based on established guidelines. • Train inbound personnel on theater-specific disclosure requirements, policies, and best practices. Serve as a resource for questions on foreign disclosure procedures. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ _• TS/SCI required._ _• Prior experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence, or security operations preferred._ _• Familiarity with DoD foreign disclosure regulations, classification guidelines, and USINDOPACOM processes._ _• Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret and apply complex regulations, effective communication and training skills._ _• Minimum of 5 years of foreign disclosure experience, preferably supporting DoD, USINDOPACOM._ _• Bachelor’s degree in applicable fi eld (or equivalent experience)._ _• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team._ _Desired:_ _• 7+ years experience supporting US Space Force or USINDOPACOM._ _• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi -national and multi -agency environment._ _• High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information._ _• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement._ - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
