The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Foreign Disclosure Representative to work in Honolulu, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the INDOPACOM J2 JIOC mission. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

Foreign Disclosure Representative Responsibilities:

Preparing and processing foreign disclosure requests, proposing recommendations per U.S. disclosure policies, and ensuring security classification markings are applied.

Reviewing products for release, verifying sources against content, and maintaining archives of disclosure requests and adjudications.

Applying knowledge of foreign disclosure policies to support CCMDs, components, and Joint Task Forces (JTFs).

Developing and recommending procedures for implementing National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1) for international programs.

Maintaining productive relationships with colleagues, experts, and agencies to share information of interest.

Providing FDO/FDR expertise in reviewing tasks related to operations, contingency plans, and execution orders.

Becoming familiar with command webpage programs, posting and maintaining functional web-pages to ensure releasable analysis is available to the IC and operational communities.

Clearance Required:

Current TS/SCI Clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

Bachelors degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).

Experience providing support at the DoD, Joint Staff (JS), or Combatant Command (CCMD) level.

Demonstrated Foreign Disclosure skills at the strategic/operational level.

Understanding of Presidential, DoD, and Joint Staff level directives and guidance, knowledge of National, DoD and USINDOPACOM requirements, and deliberate and adaptive planning requirements to accomplish mission goals and support organizations throughout the USINDOPACOM AOR.

Experience, knowledge, and skills in using databases, dissemination programs, and software applications.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

Experience supporting USINDOPACOM.

Pay Range:Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
