Work You'll Do
As a SFI S2 Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) you will play a critical role in supporting the Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) and the broader SFI and client missions. This position ensures the secure and compliant sharing of information with foreign entities by rigorously applying U.S. laws, regulations, and classification policies.
Key Responsibilities
+ Foreign Disclosure Support: Assist the Foreign Disclosure Officer in processing and adjudicating foreign disclosure decisions, supporting both SFI and client processes. Validate sources and ensure all information is properly vetted.
+ Classification Policy Enforcement: Enforce classification policies by ensuring all documents have correct banners and portion markings. Maintain consistency and accuracy in classification labeling.
+ Request Processing: Prepare, review, and process foreign disclosure requests. Ensure all actions are compliant with U.S. laws, Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, and client-specific policies.
+ Document Review: Conduct detailed reviews of documents, briefings, and materials to determine their releasability to foreign governments and partners. Make recommendations based on established guidelines.
+ Training and Education: Train inbound personnel on theater-specific disclosure requirements, policies, and best practices. Serve as a resource for questions on foreign disclosure procedures.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Active TS/SCI required
+ 2+ years of professional experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence, or security operations
+ Familiarity with DoD foreign disclosure regulations, classifications guidelines, and processes
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Ability to travel 10 -15 %, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

+ Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-national and multi-agency environment
+ High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information
+ Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,600 to $141,000.
