Responsibilities

The Ford Champions Club Courtside Server position provides exceptional guest service to row 4 guests while Courtside during NBA Games at Ball Arena. Only serves beverages in the assigned courtside area or in the Ford Champions Club.

•Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction and a VIP premium experience.
•Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.
•Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer from Ford Champions Club.
•Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium.
•Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food in Ford Club.
•Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
•Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.

Qualifications

•All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
•Two(2) to three(3) years working in a fast paced high-end club, or VIP, premium restaurant with high volume orders
•High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
•Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
•Ability to communicate in English with Club guests.
•Ability to obtain and maintain TEAMS Alcohol Certification
•Ability to work all Nuggets events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Including Christmas, MLK, St Patrick's and other mandatory events.
•Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds with sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: remaining standing for extended periods of time, walking back and forth the entirety of the shift though narrow busy walkways with a tray during the game play, navigate staircases, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling, stocking. Must be comfortable on the floor in the bowl during the game, and it can be loud, flashing lights, pyrotechnics, fans cheering and jumping.
•Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, safe food service, carding every guest every transaction, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
•Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. Requires non-slip shoes.
