Reporting into our Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Store Manager), you will:

Lead: ensure the team provide fantastic customer service!Coach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the footwear team through training, performance management, as well as succession and career planningDrive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potentialInspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
