Camp Staff are responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all campers. Staff members contribute to the daily operation of the camp, lead and participate in activities, promote teamwork and personal growth, and ensure the well-being of all participants. This position requires energy, flexibility, responsibility, and a passion for working with youth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times. Lead, assist, or support daily camp activities such as sports, arts & crafts, nature exploration, swimming, etc. Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful community environment. Serve as a role model in attitude, behavior, and responsibility. Maintain clean and organized program areas and living spaces. Communicate effectively with other staff, leadership, and parents/guardians as needed. Respond calmly and appropriately in emergency situations. Attend and participate in all staff meetings, training sessions, and scheduled duties. Adhere to all camp policies, procedures, and safety standards.
