Job Details The Food Service Supervisor at St. Francis Hospital is dedicated to service and quality, offering patients, staff, and visitors delicious and nutritious meals that exceed expectations. Responsibilities of the Food Service Supervisor include: Supervise staff in room service and retail operations to ensure timely delivery of meals. Maintain all required documentation, e.g. food temperature logs, dish machine temperatures, waste logs Train new employees and assists with annual performance evaluations. Conduct daily rounds on floors to evaluate staff, coach as needed and identify potential areas of improvement. Participate in PI Program for the department. Ensure that all relevant hospital, federal, state and local regulations are adhered to by staff. Provide initial service recovery Cash Control Requirements for the Food Service Supervisor role include: High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience is required Food Service Manager Certification, preferred. Food service management experience, preferred. Salary Range Starting from USD $27.00/Hr. The rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
