Job Description

WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are hiring a Tim Hortons - Food Service Supervisor who is willing to take the next lead role .

Primary duties and personalities includes:-

Leadership ability and willing ness to lead a teamAchieve Regular Shift ObjectivesGuide Subordinates as to Food Standard/ Company PoliciesHandle Guest ComplaintsWilling and “Can-Do” attitudeAbility to showcase urgency and ownershipWorks well within a TeamPractice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as requiredEnsure that condiments are pre-portioned and the fridges are stocked with milk, cream, butter etc.Monitor food quality and presentation standardsFollow all food safety standards and systems.Empty garbage, change linen bags and dispose of garbage and recyclingCommunicate to all Servers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experienceOther duties as assigned or required
