Food Service Sales Manager

Summary: 

The Foodservice Sales Manager at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Sales team supporting a district, the sales development of accounts, and team members assigned to the territory. This position manages Sales Representatives, develops key accounts, increases profitability, and exceeds customer expectations and is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, has strong interpersonal skills, and is a strategic thinker.

Key Responsibilities:

Directs and conducts safety, sanitation and maintenance programsMaintain excellent relationships with team members and clientMaintain food service work schedules of team membersPropose, initiate and maintain an operating budgetOversee maintenance and repairs of physical plant and equipmentPost food service advertising materialsInspect work areas and methods to ensure operating efficiencyObserve, evaluate and administer the proper management techniques and methods in accordance with established methods and procedures of the food service industryUnderstand, monitor and ensure compliance with all local health ordinances and company policiesWork from directives and various procedural manualsDevelop facility procedures based on corporate, federal and state guidelinesSupervise, monitor and ensure training needs are met for all team members, while maintaining a positive and effective relationship  Ensure that standards of quality, service, and image are metConduct inventory and ordering proceduresPerform other duties, as assigned

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required:

A minimum of 3-5 years restaurant management, retail, or perishable food sales experienceValid driver’s licenseMust be able to travel up to 75% of the timeMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

Preferred:

Seafood/protein work experienceBilingualBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Salary Range: $125,000-$135,000 annually
