The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Retail Manager to our Education team in Saint Louis. As a Retail Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing culinary, marketing, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

What you'll be doing: Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including food service workers, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.  Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.  Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.  Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees. Execute program strategies for unit level   Develop and execute retail promotional strategies for culinary concepts Develop marketing programs aimed to increase customer satisfaction, participation and or revenue  Assist with Marketing support the account: Digital Signage Company Store SharePoint
Social Media Websites What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

High school diploma or equivalent.  At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.  At least two years’ foodservice experience.  Proven track record of financial responsibility.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Strong customer service skills.

 

Nice-to-haves: 

ServSafe Manager certification.  Marketing experience  Higher Education food service experience  Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree. Where you'll be working:

Compensation Range

Starting at $60,000 per year
