Overview The Food Service Manager contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada by leading the sales and distribution strategy for a regional distribution center. This broad leadership role encompasses sales, customer service and marketing equipment and warehousing operations. What you can expect from us: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to fit your unique needs A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole-self to work Inspiring positive change for people and the planet with sustainability goals A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development Responsibilities Maximize volume and revenue in a defined area in a direct store delivery go-to-market environment Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Coach and lead a team of sales professionals and frontline employees on selling and display execution and merchandising standards Develop strong talent pipeline with frontline Supervisors for export to larger roles within PepsiCo Effectively lead delivery and merchandising operations through consistent delivery and merchandising standards in a Geo-Box environment Effectively lead the warehouse and facility management operations Effectively lead strong and positive labor relations with the Association Develop, motivate and lead a large team of employees Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs Qualifications Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Business Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required Demonstrated analytical and math skills required to build key insights for quarterly and annual operating planning and previous experience managing a large scale P&L Strong communication and presentation skills required Strong change management skills required Consumer products experience in a direct store delivery environment required Demonstrated computer proficiency Demonstrated problem-solving skills Strong change management skills required Five years of people leadership required, preferably in a sales environment Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle Why work at PepsiCo At PepsiCo, you’re invited to be a part of a global team of innovators who make, move, and sell these products—which are enjoyed by more than 1 billion people a day.
