Sodexo is seeking a passionate leader for a Food Service Manager 2 for Cincinnati/Southeast Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia healthcare sites. 

 

**Must be willing to travel, work flexible shifts and complete both management and frontline food service tasks in a healthcare setting. **

 

Cincinnati Children's Hospital is a 600+ bed Children's centered hospital. A national recognized pediatric healthcare facility that has a reputation for excellence in patient care, research, and medical education. Serves Sodexo's AYR Patient Menu and has a top-class Retail Program with sales in excess of $10M annually. Sodexo provides premier food and nutrition services for patient dining, retail café operations and catering services at these locations. 

What You'll Do motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenancemanage vendor relationships and compliance maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in placecoordinate department safety and sanitationmanage all retail operations including catering for the hospital What We Offer
