Responsibilities:

Greet every guest with a positive and genuine toneSatisfy Canada’s Wonderland standards for performance and conductEnter guests’ orders accurately into the POS system and complete debit and credit transactions ensuring all policies are followedAddress any guest questions and concerns regarding the location/parkEnsure all menu items and food supplies are availableReceive/store/prepare/hold and serve food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations and department specificationsAssist bussers with table clearing, cleaning and setting as required
Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment
Operate equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications and department safety policies
Assist in any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:You!Applicants that are at minimum 15 years of ageExperience with POS system is an assetApplicants that are guest service oriented Excellent communication skills with an interest in working with foodApplicants with the ability to perform heavy lifting up to 30 lbsAvailability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
