The Hilton Waikoloa is hiring for a Server within their Kamuela Provision Company restaurant. At Kamuela Provision Company, steaks, seafood, and sunsets set the tone for a one-of-a-kind dining experience at our signature restaurant with a wide view of the Pacific Ocean. A Food Server is responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Schedule: Candidates must be available Tuesday-Saturday from 5p-9:30pm

Wage: $14.25 plus gratuities

\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

\n\n2 years of fine dining serving experience\nFlexible availability to included evenings and weekends\n\n

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nRespond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nEnsure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials\nTake guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system\nRetrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner\nEnsure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service\nServe alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations\nEnsure serving station is well-stocked at all times\n
