Make It With Pride.** You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. **How you will contribute** You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle medewerkers meewerken aan het naleven en versterken van het voedselveiligheidssysteem, zodat de producten van de fabriek Herentals (biscuits & chocolade), de productieomgeving en alle bijhorende processen – waaronder de HACCP-studie – volledig voldoen aan de richtlijnen van Mondelēz, de wetgeving en internationale normen en systemen. **Voedselveiligheid** + Als lid van het auditteam neem je deel aan AIB-inspecties, 5S-audits en traceerbaarheidsoefeningen. + Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt bij voedselveiligheidsrisico’s en werkt mee aan risico-evaluaties en bijhorende controles, in overleg met de FS & Sanitation Coördinator. + Je ondersteunt het allergenenmanagement: allergenenreiniging, procedures, validaties en preventie van allergenencontaminatie. + Je beheert het “extraneous matter control plan” en ondersteunt het systeem voor beheersing van vreemde voorwerpen. + Je escaleert voedselveiligheids-non-conformiteiten en formuleert verbeter- en/of preventieve maatregelen. + Je volgt microbiologische analyses op (water, omgevingsonderzoek – pathogenen en niet-pathogenen – en reinigingsverificatie) en interpreteert de resultaten. + Je rapporteert maandelijks de resultaten in de Global Food Safety Tracker (Mondelēz Corporate). **HACCP** + Je maakt deel uit van het HACCP-team en bent verantwoordelijk voor de actualisatie van het HACCP-systeem (implementatie, bewaking en registratie). + Je staat in voor de adequaatheid van het HACCP-systeem en de jaarlijkse verificatie, rekening houdend met nieuwe QP’s en wijzigingen in standaarden en wetgeving (ACS, ISO/FSSC22000, FCA). + Je stelt specifieke HACCP-opleidingen (GMP, CCP, sPP) op en verzorgt deze. + Je organiseert sPP- en CCP-validaties en volgt deze op. **Veevoeder** + Je waakt over het behoud van het FCA-veevoedercertificaat. + Je ziet toe op de correcte toepassing van procedures volgens de FCA-richtlijnen. + Je zorgt dat wijzigingen in wetgeving tijdig worden geïmplementeerd. + Je volgt interne en externe klachten op. **Opleidingen** + Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, organiseren en opvolgen van food safety-opleidingen in samenwerking met de opleidingsdienst. **Sanitation** + Je past wijzigingen in reinigingsprocessen toe, volgt deze op en zorgt voor de nodige terugkoppeling en borging. **Food Safety Culture** + Je beheert het QOS-gebeuren. + Je beheert het Heroes-systeem in samenwerking met de veiligheidsdienst. **Ervaring** + Een wetenschappelijke Bachelor of Master opleiding. + Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de voedingssector (ISO, HACCP, IFS, BRC, voedselveiligheid- en systeem audits). + Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden. + Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels (gesproken en geschreven). **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
