About the role.

Conducts analysis and investigations of consumer and customer complaints and quality related losses, develops corrective actions and monitors effectiveness.Manages relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, colleagues, and support services to ensure achievement of targets.Oversee FM investigations to ensure root cause is determined and a cross functional approach.  

What you’ll need to be successful.

4+ years of experience in manufacturing required, food manufacturing strongly preferredStrong technical skills in area of focus (microbiology and/or chemistry) with ability to interpret general technical and scientific results and perform analytical testsSound mathematical and basic food science understandingGood knowledge of statistics and interpretation of experimental dataBasic understanding of the manufacturing environment and production operationsAbility to independently carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

The FSQ Supervisor will have 10 direct reports total from two crews of the food safety and quality department – leadership responsibilities will include scheduling and assigning work, providing training, ensuring tasks are completed, and promoting continuous improvement and learning for team members.

Compensation Package: $65,500.00 - $87,400.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility

 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
