Food Safety and Hygiene Manager
**Description:** Responsible for overseeing all food safety and hygiene practices within the hotel. The role includes implementing and monitoring food safety systems (HACCP, ISO), conducting inspections and audits, training staff on hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
