Food Quality Systems Specialist
Job Title: Food Quality Systems Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our quality and compliance initiatives. This role involves managing customer documentation requests, maintaining certifications, and supporting internal quality systems. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, oversee key portals and programs, and help drive continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer documentation requests via internal systems and portalsMaintain and update corporate quality statements and certifications (e.g., Kosher, Halal)Administer the TraceGains Gather site for customer-facing dataSupport investigations, root cause analysis, and nonconformance processesContribute to quality system improvements and documentation control

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience5+ years in a regulated environment (ISO, GFSI, cGMP, etc.)Familiarity with change control, audits, CAPA, and complaint investigationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
