**Job Title: Meat Grinder Operator** **** **Job Description** Operate grinding and related processing equipment to grind, blend, and prepare raw beef or pork products according to approved recipes, formulations, quality standards, and food safety requirements. **Responsibilities** + Set up grinding equipment and complete required pre-operational sanitation and safety checks. + Gather, scale, and verify raw materials according to approved recipes and formulations. + Operate grinding, blending, stuffing, and related equipment to meet production specifications. + Follow recipes precisely, including ingredient ratios, batch requirements, and grind size. + Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product consistency, weights, and specifications. + Complete required production, raw material, and quality documentation accurately. + Move finished product promptly to the blast freezer or next processing stage. + Break down, clean, and reassemble equipment per sanitation and food safety procedures. + Identify and report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + General labor + Production + Packaging + Grinder operation + Assembly + Food packaging + Food production + Grinding + Blending + Quality check **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable handling raw beef and pork. + Reliability and good attendance; stable work history valued. + Ability to read and understand basic work instructions in English; sufficient to follow recipes, SOPs, and complete checklists. + Detail-oriented and safety-minded, with the ability to spot potential quality or safety issues. + Coachability and attention to detail. + Ability to work well in a tight-knit team environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive team environment where hard work and attention to detail are valued.
