Assist with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning tasks
Ensure timely preparation of menu items according to portion and quality standards
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., fryers, ovens, saute pans, knives)
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work station
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members
Work collaboratively to meet service goals during peak hours
Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Adhere to kitchen protocols and company policies for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, food prep, or similar food service role
Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Experience maintaining cleanliness and organization in high-volume environments
