Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic Cafe Operations Manager to lead hospitality operations at a prestigious banking client.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing a team of Sodexo hourly associates. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for client interactions, driving service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
