Sodexo’s Campus Segment at SUNY Delhi is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 to play a key leadership role in a robust and diverse dining program.

 

The SUNY Delhi dining experience features:

Two unlimited dining halls offering a wide variety of fresh, made-to-order meals

A vibrant retail marketplace with flexible dining options

National brands including Starbucks and Argo Tea

Seasons Café, focusing on fresh, seasonal, and sustainable menus

A full-service bakery known for scratch-made breads, pastries, and desserts

A large-scale catering operation supporting campus events, conferences, and VIP functions

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, student-focused environment where quality, innovation, and community come together to create an exceptional campus dining experience.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a diverse team of culinary and dining professionals

Oversee daily operations across all dining venues, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Plan and implement innovative menus and retail offerings that reflect current trends and student preferences

Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to optimize efficiency and control costs

Coordinate catering for campus events, special programs, and VIP functions

Foster a culture of teamwork, growth, and community engagement

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
