Sodexo is hiring a Food Operations Manager 2 at Sharp Coronado Hospital in Coronado, CA. This role will oversee patient dining, retail food services, and catering operations. Registered Dietitian (RD) candidates are strongly preferred.
What You'll Do Lead the delivery of high-quality food services across patient dining, retail outlets, and catering operationsDrive performance to meet or exceed Sodexo and client financial goals and operational targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, including confident communication in executive-level (C-suite) settingsDevelop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and enhance service deliveryEnsure full compliance with HACCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Sodexo standardsEngage daily with patients, families, and clinical teams to support satisfaction and promote a positive dining experienceRegistered Dietitian (RD) candidates are strongly preferred, bringing added expertise to patient-centered food and nutrition services What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
