The Good Eating Company is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead a multi-faceted café for one of our top clients in Foster City. In this role, you’ll oversee daily food service operations, supervise both management and frontline staff, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll also support our vibrant coffee bar, bringing creativity and consistency to every cup.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
