**Role Overview** Sodexo is seeking a hands on **Food Operations Manager 1** at **California Lutheran University** , located in **Thousand Oaks, CA** . This Operations Manager will oversee 3 retail operations to include a Starbucks Licensed Store, Jamba Juice walk up, and The Habit Burger Grill. Must have flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays. This manager will be in charge of hiring, training and managing a large student work force and additional full time employees. This candidate will ensure branded concepts standards are being met in food quality, customer service and health and safety. Other duties will include supporting Ullman Dining Hall, Ullman Market and large catering events on campus during the academic year and supporting a robust summer conference season.
