We are looking for the best F&D Supervisor to join our team at OXBO, our new restaurant ! OXBO is where nature meets the table. We champion locally sourced ingredients from passionate farmers and producers, creating a menu that’s fresh, sustainable, and packed with flavor. Our food philosophy is simple: honest, high-quality dishes that showcase the best of modern Swiss cuisine, influenced by global flavors. Whether it’s a casual lunch, a business meeting, or a celebratory dinner, OXBO delivers an exceptional dining experience in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

 

What will I be doing ?

Warmly welcome guests and ensure their experience starts and ends impeccably.

Coordinate and supervise the dining room team to guarantee smooth, efficient service that meets the restaurant’s standards.

Train, guide, and motivate servers to maintain high professionalism and team cohesion.

Present the menu and chef’s recommendations, showcasing local products and gastronomy.

Manage table allocation and optimize service flow according to reservations and walk-ins.

Maintain constant communication with the kitchen to ensure perfect timing of orders.

Oversee setup and cleanliness of the dining room before, during, and after service.

Manage and supervise cash operations, control payments, and ensure accurate end-of-shift reports.

Act as the establishment’s ambassador with guests, handling requests or complaints with diplomacy and promptness.

Who are we looking for?

CFC Specialist in restauration or equivalent diploma.

Significant experience in restaurant service, ideally as a supervisor, head waiter, or maître d’.

Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a team with positive leadership.

Proficiency in English.

Ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm and efficient.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and impeccable customer service mindset.

Knowledge of regional products and a passion for local gastronomy.
