Hilton Rotterdam is looking for a passionate, experienced Food & Drinks Manager to oversee all food and drink operations and deliver standout experiences for our Guests and Team Members. You will lead a dynamic team, drive performance, and ensure every outlet runs smoothly — from restaurant, kitchen, stewarding and bar to room service and events.

What you will be doing

Own the day-to-day operations of all Food & Drinks outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, kitchen, stewarding and banqueting)The focus is to deliver consistently excellent guest experiencesLead, recruit, train, and inspire the Food & Drinks teamEnsure brand standards, health & safety, and compliance are always metManage budgets, payroll, food & drink costsSet targets, schedules, procedures, and departmental goalsLead Atelier JAQ, Rotterdam’s first immersive Art & Dining ExperienceCreate and develop menus with the teamOversee stock control and monthly stock takesDrive sales through team motivation and smart incentivesHandle guest feedback with a solutions-first mindsetRun team meetings and conduct performance reviewsMonitor guest satisfaction and push continuous improvementAct sustainably and support other departments when needed

What we are looking for

Proven management experience across Food & Drinks outletsStrong financial and budget management skillsAbility to hit targets in a fast-paced environmentConfident leader who develops people and builds strong teamsCalm under pressure with excellent attention to detailFlexible, proactive, and hands-onFluent in spoken and written EnglishValid residence and work permit in the NetherlandsProfessional presentation and grooming standards

Bonus points if you have

A degree in hospitality or a related fieldExperience in an international hotel environment
