Job DescriptionThe Food & Beverages Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role supports team coordination, staff training, and efficient workflow across dining areas, or event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support food & beverage staff during shifts
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction
Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock management
Train and mentor new team members
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues
Requirements:
Proven experience in food & beverage service
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
QualificationsHigh school diploma; hospitality training preferred
2+ years in food & beverage service, with some leadership experience
Strong communication and team management skills
