As Food & Beverage Supervisor – In-Room Dining, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering personalized, discreet, and seamless service around the clock.

What will I be doing?
As F&B Supervisor – In-Room Dining, you will:

Supervise the daily operations of the In-Room Dining team, ensuring luxury service standards are consistently delivered.

Lead, coach, and motivate team members to provide prompt, accurate, and personalized service for every order.

Oversee the preparation, presentation, and delivery of in-room dining orders, ensuring attention to detail and brand consistency.

Manage scheduling, training, and performance of the team to drive excellence.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints with discretion, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Monitor order-taking, billing accuracy, and cash handling in compliance with Hilton policies.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all service and preparation areas.

Support menu updates, promotions, and upselling initiatives in coordination with the Culinary and Food & Beverage leadership.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment, trolleys, and service areas, ensuring readiness and presentation at all times.

Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the success of the Food & Beverage division.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in Food & Beverage supervision, preferably in luxury In-Room Dining or similar service.

Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs discreetly.

Strong leadership, training, and communication abilities.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

A passion for delivering bespoke dining experiences with a personal touch.
