The ideal candidate will support the F&B Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth restaurant and bar operations, and leading the service team to consistently deliver high standards.
Job DescriptionTo work as a team with colleagues, to ensure timely service and a smooth running operation.Supervise daily operations across all F&B outlets, including dining areas, bars, and room service.Ensure outstanding guest service and handle any service-related concerns professionally.Train, motivate, and guide F&B team members to uphold service excellence.Coordinate staff scheduling, section allocations, and service briefings.Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and guest satisfaction levels.Work closely with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping departments for seamless operations.Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining par levels for F&B supplies.Ensure all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed.Support the implementation of new menus, promotions, and service procedures.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting for F&B outlets.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute F&B promotions and special events.Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative service concepts to enhance guest experience.
QualificationsDiploma/Certificate in hospitality management Full grade twelve school certificateMinimum 2–3 years experience in an F&B supervisory role (hotel, lodge, or resort preferred)Strong understanding of restaurant service, bar operations, and guest engagementKnowledge of POS systems, billing procedures, and basic inventory controlExcellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and maintain a positive team environmentAdditional Information
