Job Description

Oaks Auckland Hotel are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

As a valued team member, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by:

Supervising daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service deliveryLeading, motivating and supporting team members during service periodsAccurately overseeing guest food and beverage orders and resolving service issuesDemonstrating strong menu knowledge and guiding the team with confident recommendationsDelivering professional, efficient and friendly service while setting service standardsProviding exceptional customer service and consistently exceeding guest expectations

Shift Details (subject to change):

Breakfast, lunch and dinner shiftsRotating rosters across Monday through to SundayFull availability required, including weekendsSplit shifts may be required on some days

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage operationsA warm, approachable leadership style with a positive attitudeStrong customer service skills with the ability to lead by exampleExcellent communication, organisation and team coordination skillsReliability and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
