Job DescriptionOaks Auckland Hotel are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

Supervising daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service deliveryLeading, motivating and supporting team members during service periodsAccurately overseeing guest food and beverage orders and resolving service issuesDemonstrating strong menu knowledge and guiding the team with confident recommendationsDelivering professional, efficient and friendly service while setting service standardsProviding exceptional customer service and consistently exceeding guest expectationsShift Details (subject to change):
Breakfast, lunch and dinner shiftsRotating rosters across Monday through to SundayFull availability required, including weekendsSplit shifts may be required on some daysQualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
