We’re currently recruiting: + Waiters — full-time, part-time and casual + Hosts You’ll help create memorable dining experiences across our venues, welcoming guests with confidence, reading the room and bringing genuine personality to every interaction. **What you’ll do** Depending on your role, you may: + Welcome and seat guests + Take food and beverage orders + Deliver attentive, knowledgeable service + Maintain strong menu and product knowledge + Support smooth service across the floor + Respond to guest requests with care and initiative + Keep dining spaces polished, organised and guest-ready + Work closely with culinary, bar and wider hotel teams + Follow responsible service, hygiene and safety standards **Qualifications:** **About you** You are warm, composed and comfortable in a lively hospitality environment. You enjoy connecting with people and understand that great service is found in the details.
