Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll execute the strategic F&B marketing plan, coordinate launches and campaigns across outlets, and own our core digital levers (web, reservations, CRM, gifting). **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES** **Strategy & Planning** + Support the development and execution of the annual F&B marketing strategy for seven luxury outlets, aligned to hotel and brand goals. + Identify target audiences and craft tailored campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, reservations, and check average. + Conduct market/guest research and monitor competitor activity to surface actionable insights and opportunities. + Assist with F&B marketing budget planning; track spend, POs, and ROI by initiative. **Digital Marketing & CRM** + Maintain and develop each restaurant’s website pages and outlet listings; ensure menus, hours, photography, and CTAs are always current. + Lead **MoreCravings** updates in partnership with Marriott Digital Field Marketing to maximize discovery and conversion. + **Be Champion online reservation platforms** (Eat2Eat, SevenRooms, OpenTable): optimize profiles, availability, tags, widgets, and promo modules; align with hosts/restaurant managers on pacing and no-show reduction. + Plan and execute a **monthly digital newsletter via LCB** (Marriott’s CRM product): build audience segments, create content, set up journeys, deploy, and report on performance. + **Champion Gift Selling Online Platforms** : own setup, promotions, landing pages, codes, and reporting; **train F&B teams** on usage and guest redemption; provide ongoing support. + Coordinate and manage email marketing initiatives (ad-hoc campaigns, pre-arrival upsells, post-visit thank-you/ratings prompts). **Social Media & Reputation** + Oversee the F&B social presence (Instagram, Facebook): editorial calendar, daily posting, community management, and timely response to comments/DMs. + Plan paid/boosted campaigns to drive event RSVPs, reservations, and gift sales; track results and optimize. + Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, TripAdvisor, OTAs) in brand voice; escalate service issues to Ops; mine feedback for insights. **Content Creation & Collateral** + Write brand-aligned copy for menus, social captions, web pages, newsletters, and promo assets. + Design and update menus, flyers, table tents, digital signage, and screens. + Brief, organize, and oversee **photo/video shoots** (shot lists, styling, usage rights, and post-production); maintain an up-to-date asset library. **Events & Activations** + Co-create concepts and promotional plans for themed brunches, wine dinners, chef collaborations, and seasonal activations. + Drive end-to-end event marketing: positioning, messaging, content, paid support, partner amplification, RSVPs, and on-site capture. + Coordinate décor, entertainment, and setup with Ops—ensuring on-brand execution. **Partnerships & Collaborations** + Cultivate relationships with local businesses, wineries, producers, media, and influencers to extend reach and credibility. + Manage external collaborators (agencies, photographers, designers, influencers) for quality and on-time delivery. **Cross-Functional Coordination** + Be the daily **bridge between Marketing and Operations** : share calendars, campaign toolkits, and SOPs; gather feedback; ensure floor teams are enabled. **Analytics & Reporting** + Track KPIs across channels: reach, engagement, CTR, open rate, reservations, covers, RevPASH impact, gift sales, and campaign ROI. + Produce concise monthly dashboards and insights; recommend next steps and tests. **What You’ll Own (Platforms & Processes)** + Websites & outlet pages (Hotel Website, Restaurant Sites + MoreCravings) + Reservations ecosystems (Eat2Eat, SevenRooms, OpenTable) + LCB newsletters & CRM journeys + Gift selling platforms (setup, promos, training, reporting) + Social channels (content, community, paid boosts) + Asset production (photo/video shoots, collateral, digital signage) **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:** + 2–4+ years in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or agency marketing. + Strong writer/storyteller with design sensibility; comfortable with Canva/Adobe/Epsilon and short-form video workflows. + Hands-on with web CMS, social schedulers, and CRM tools; bonus points for SevenRooms/OpenTable/MoreCravings/LCB experience. + Data-curious: you measure, learn, and iterate. + Organized, proactive, and collaborative—equally at home on the restaurant floor and in the content calendar. _At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
