Food & Beverage Manager (Indonesian Nationality Only)

The Food Beverage Manager at Alila Villas Uluwatu is responsible for overseeing all FB operations within the property, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role involves managing the restaurant(s), bar, room service, banquets/events, and any other FB outlets, while maintaining quality standards, staff performance, and cost control.

The Food Beverage Manager at Alila Villas Uluwatu is responsible for overseeing all FB operations within the property, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role involves managing the restaurant(s), bar, room service, banquets/events, and any other FB outlets, while maintaining quality standards, staff performance, and cost control.
