Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & SPA is an exclusive 5-star hotel located in the unique setting of the Mount Etna Park, operating under a prestigious franchise partnership with the Curio Collection by Hilton brand. Our mission is to offer unforgettable experiences that blend luxury, gastronomic excellence, and the charm of Sicily.

We manage a high-end F&B offering, which includes two restaurants and three bars. To strengthen our leadership team ahead of the 2026 season, we are seeking an experienced and passionate professional for the role of Food & Beverage Manager.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all Food & Beverage operations, reporting directly to the General Manager, and ensuring adherence to Hilton and Curio Collection quality standards.Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the 2 restaurants and 3 bars, ensuring impeccable service consistent with the expectations of a 5-star resort.Financial Management (P&L): Continuously monitor costs (Food Cost, Beverage Cost, Labour Cost) to maximize the efficiency and profitability of all F&B outlets, and actively participate in budget planning.Team Development: Coordinate, train, and motivate the F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellent service and a positive work environment.Quality and Standards: Guarantee the strict application of hygiene and health standards (HACCP) and the operational and brand loyalty standards (e.g., SALT/Guest Satisfaction) required by Hilton.Innovation: Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager to develop menus, select wines/cocktails, and implement new dining concepts.

Work Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Mandatory Experience: Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a Food & Beverage Manager role or similar F&B management positions, preferably within 5-star hotels or international luxury resorts.Language: Excellent and fluent command of the English and Italian Languages (mandatory). Knowledge of a third language (German or French) is a significant advantage.Organizational Skills: Exceptional personnel management, problem-solving under pressure, and time management abilities.Financial Skills: Strong P&L management skills, including solid knowledge of key F&B performance indicators (KPIs), budget analysis, and forecasting.Flexibility: Availability to work on a shift-based schedule covering 5 working days out of 7, including public holidays and weekends, based on the resort's operational needs.
