**Description:** **We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.** Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers. **Your Role** We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded **Food & Beverage Manager** to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Food & Beverage Department, in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while consistently meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. This role functions as both a Business Manager and Marketing Specialist, driving performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all outlets and banquet operations. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring brand standards and service excellence + Act as Business Manager for the department, driving revenue, profitability, and market positioning + Function as a Marketing Specialist, supporting promotions, partnerships, and outlet visibility + Ensure each outlet operates efficiently and is individually profitable + Drive sustainability initiatives, including responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and energy efficiency + Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and productivity management + Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards + Develop, coach, and inspire F&B teams to deliver memorable guest experiences **Qualifications:** **Qualifications & Experience** + University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management + Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation + Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills + Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive outlet profitability + Excellent communication and leadership capabilities **Care Connects us at Hyatt - we open doors, we welcome you and we care.** And we offer a great range of benefits, including: + Long term career growth opportunities + A motivated and connected team + 12 complimentary nights (per year) in other Hyatt properties around the world as well as colleague rates and discounts + And a company that truly cares **Discover what’s next.
