Food & Beverage Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all F&B operations within our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multi-outlet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and maintaining the highest service and brand standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 5 - 7 years’ leisure hotel experience in Food & Beverage operations, including senior management experience in a luxury or five-star hotel/resort with multi-outlet operations.
+ Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
+ Strong expertise in F&B operations, strategic planning, budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and inventory management.
+ Proven leadership capability, including team development, succession planning, and performance management.
+ High level of commercial and analytical acumen, including menu engineering and yield management.
+ Excellent guest service focus and professional communication skills in English.
+ Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements.
+ Proficient in POS systems, hotel systems, and MS Office.
+ Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, manage stakeholders, and lead brand standards audits.
+ Flexible, well-organized, with exemplary professional and grooming standards.
