Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
Manage and coordinate all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilitiesDevelop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenueLead, train, and mentor a diverse team of food and beverage professionalsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanlinessCollaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that reflect current trends and guest preferencesManage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standardsAnalyze financial performance and prepare reports for senior managementHandle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionallyStay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to improve operationsCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the propertyQualifications5+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort settingBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)Proven track record of leading successful food and beverage operationsStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost controlExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systemsIn-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, particularly in the Middle Eastern marketStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusInternational experience or familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine and culture is highly desirable
