Hyatt Regency Zadar is seeking a passionate and experienced Food Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic FB operations. Key Responsibilities
• Lead the daily operations of all FB outlets, ensuring smooth service and adherence to Hyatt brand standards.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development, seasonal offerings, and culinary innovation.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse FB team to deliver outstanding service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales Events teams for successful execution of functions and banquets.
• Maintain inventory levels, supplier relationships, and procurement efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards across all outlets.
• Support financial performance through cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
