What you can expect

Salary is between £40,000 to £48,000 per annum, depending upon experience

As Food Beverage Manager , you will be responsible for the day to day FB operations (events venues) across the Hotel. You will manage, train, and develop colleagues and work within all budgeted guidelines. You will closely monitor payroll and expense budgets for your function and make recommendations for improvements, based on Hyatt standards and our guest and colleague expectations. You will be part of the Duty Management schedule for the Hotel and will forge good working relationships across functions and with our World of Hyatt members. You will be involved in the strategic direction of the Hotel, in particular with FB strategic choices.
