Job Description

Manage daily operations in all F&B outlets to ensure excellent service and quality.

Lead and train the team to deliver friendly, professional service.

Work with the chef and bar team to create appealing menus and drink lists.

Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.

Ensure guest satisfaction by handling feedback and maintaining high standards.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all areas.

Plan promotions and special events with the marketing team to attract more guests.

Ensure all legal and brand standards are followed.

Qualifications

3–5 years of F&B management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of food, drinks, and current trends.

Financial knowledge (budgeting, cost control).

Fluent in English
