Monday – Friday: $24.95
Saturday: $31.19
Sunday: $37.43

Avani Melbourne Jazz Corner Residences is currently seeking several passionate Food and Beverage Assistants to join our dynamic team. 

In this role, you'll be part of a close-knit team providing high-quality service across breakfast, room service, bar, and live music events. Whether you're setting the tone with a warm welcome or delivering food and drinks with style, you'll help create memorable moments for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm, professional service in the café, room service, bar, and event settings.Take and serve accurate food and beverage orders efficiently.Maintain a clean and well-presented work and dining environment.Assist in setup and pack-down of service areas, including event spaces.Comply with food safety, hygiene, and service standards.Address guest needs and resolve issues with care and professionalism.

QualificationsPrevious experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles (preferred).Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.Availability across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
