This position requires excellent communication and multitasking skills with a passion for delivering high-quality service to ensure seamless service with maximum guest satisfaction. **Some of the responsibilities include:** + Assist with the setup, service and pack down/reset of a range of events including gala dinners, exhibitions, weddings and social events. + Work within the Events Centre across various shifts during breakfast, lunch and dinner service. + Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the Heart of House and Front of House areas at all times. + Point of contact for both external and internal guests. + Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work across Food and Beverage departments, as required. + Fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel. **Qualifications:** + Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essential. + Qualification in Hospitality would be advantageous. + Previous experience in a similar role within an events center, restaurant or hotel environment would be highly advantageous. + Ability to work a flexible roster including, weekends, evenings and holiday. + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. + Strong time management with the ability to juggle multiple demands. **What we offer** With enriching work comes amazing rewards!
