About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each and every guest has a memorable stay. This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team, encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events. Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Specifically, this role will involve:

Demonstrating high standards of customer service Receiving orders and serving customer requestsUnderstanding menu content, and any changes or promotional activationsMaintaining a clean, tidy and well-prepared service areaPreparing of mise-en-place

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in crafting quality barista style coffeesMust have a current and valid Victorian ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’ certificateExperience working in a restaurant, bar or function space is requiredThrive in a fast-paced environment Have a friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a charismatic personality capable of delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent personal presentation and communication skillsHave a passion for creating great experiences for our guestsAbility to work around a 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays
